K12worX Education is a US-based 501(c)(3) Public Charity, EIN 39-4840254, registered in California. We operate under a volunteer Board of Directors and follow nonprofit governance best practices, including annual board meetings, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and independent financial review.

Bylaws and policies
The organization operates under bylaws adopted by the board, alongside standard nonprofit policies: conflict of interest, document retention, whistleblower protection, and gift acceptance.
Public disclosures
As a 501(c)(3) public charity, our IRS Form 1023 application and determination letter are available for public inspection. Annual Form 990 filings will be posted as they are filed.
